Your missions :
 
Ensure efficient and relevant technical and commercial support to a portfolio of national or international clients in order to establish customer loyalty to our services :
-          You establish yourself as the expert on the market of your clients
-          You ensure daily contact and regular meetings with your clients to maximise their satisfaction
-          You are responsible for respecting deadlines and quality engagements
-          You coordinate production activities with our offshore partners
-          You respond to clients technical queries (linked to database, production process, methodologies, new products and to increase in quality, reliability and relevance of your clients market 
            database referentials)
-          You proactively propose evolutions within our product referential to better follow market evolutions (consumer habits, innovations…)
-          You track the main indicators
Manage technical project:
-          You write the project specifications:
            You facilitate client meetings to gather brief requirements
            You research feasibility and timelines with the internal production department and offshore partner
-          You research and implement satisfying technical solutions in partnership with internal services
-          You follow the technical implementation and client deployment
-          Masters degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering
-          Good understanding of marketing and commercial issues of FMCG clients
-          You are able to manage in autonomy a complex client relationship whilst promoting the Nielsen added value
-          You have a track record of good client and project management experiences
-          You have good analysis, organisation and problem solving skills
-          You have good written skills and are able to synthetise
-          You are flexible and respect your engagement
-          You are detail oriented
-          You speak fluent French and English
