Position Summary:


In collaboration with senior leadership, program stakeholders and our program management team, the Program Manager will be  responsible for managing one or more highly complex programs consisting of multiple projects. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing program strategy, supporting business cases and various enterprise wide high-level project plans, while overseeing program budget, staffing requirements and ensuring that our programs meet the stated objectives;

  • Juggling multiple priorities and handling work requests with a sense of urgency, while being held accountable for business function or enterprise results;

  • Partnering with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterprise;

  • Overseeing 5+ supervisors, managers and/or project staff, including defining and prioritizing tasks, and aligning priorities across multiple teams;

  • Ensuring integration of projects and adjusting project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business;

  • Communicating with business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction and changes;

  • Delivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements;

  • Tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers and Engineers.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.

  • This must include at least 7+ years of relevant professional work experience working within the scope of IT project management

  • PMI certification or similar professional certification(s)

  • In addition, candidates must have:

    • Proven management, supervisory or team leader experience;

    • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools;

    • Advanced technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes;

    • Superior influencing and communication skills;

    • Prior experience working with onshore/offshore vendor partners.
